Burning fat during workout

Normally we spend lot of money  to get in shape
sometimes they work sometimes they dont
 i have few easy steps which help you burning fat during workout
1.

Squat Jumps 30 reps

2. 

Mountain Climbers 15 reps

3. 

Side Lunges 10 each side

4. 

Elevated Push-Ups 10 for proper pushups

5.

V-Hold 30 seconds


6.

Single Leg Deadlifts 10 reps each leg

7. 

Reverse Lunges 10 reps

8.

Squats10 reps

9. supeman
10 reps
10. 

Plank 30 secs
